I made this yummy homemade granola. My friend sent the recipe from a cook book called “half the sugar all the love” and I have kinda half tried to make granola but I knew my kids would like it so I went for it. And of course, I made some adjustments 🤣🤣
1/4 c maple syrup
1/4 cup avocado oil (might try coconut next time)
2 drops of cinnamon vitality essential oil from young living
A few shakes of nutmeg
2 cups or sprouted oats
1.5 cups of walnuts
1/4 sprouted pumpkin seeds
1/4 sprouted sunflower seeds
1/4 cup coconut flakes
I mixed it all together then pressed it in a Pyrex casserole dish. Then baked it at 300 for 20 min then rotated the pan and cooked another 10 ish. Then you wait for it to cool and I stored it in a quart jar. My kids liked it raw too 🤣
